Returns - Returns are only accepted on damaged or faulty stock and we MUST be notified via email within 3 days of receiving goods. After that time no returns are permitted. Returns are not accepted due to shape or dimensions of individual items. Return freight is at buyers expense. Refunds are on items only, not original freight charge.
Recommended Retail Pricing - Our RRP is a guide only. In your area you may be able to ask a higher price than the once quoted. However, we would not suggest going below the lowest price as this will demean the market place and customers will expect lower prices all the time, therefor we will be forced to import inferior B grade lamps. We want to continue supplying our A grade lamps at our current pricing.

If you do choose to use our pictures with approval you will be required to place a notice of copyright ownership in your terms and conditions page.
