Our Standard Shopping Cart Freight Calculation is based on Australia Post Rates. Please ignore this automated quoting system if your order weighs more than 36kg. You need to request a Manual Freight Quotation OR use the Flat Rate Shipping Options explained below.

For large orders over 36kg please ask for a Manual Freight Quote as we use over 10 freight providers and can shop around for pricing.

For orders between 18kg to 36kg please read Flat Rate Freight Options Below.

Manual Freight Quote - For Order Weight Over 36kg.

TO REQUEST A MANUAL FREIGHT QUOTE PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

Send an email to info@wholesalesaltlampsaustralia.com and advise of:

• The composition of your order or take a screenshot and attach to the email
• The weight in kg quoted in your shopping cart, found at the top of the shopping cart
• The address where you require your shipment sent
• The freight price quoted by our automated system

We will then email back your manual freight quote which is valid on the order quoted for 7 days.

Payment terms on manual quotations: You have two payment options. 1/ Pay the full amount quoted by credit card or PayPal and we refund the over payment once shipped, 2/ pay the exact amount via Bank Deposit.

Please view the freight options below (Flat Rate or Fastway Bulk) to determine which option will PROVIDE THE LARGEST SAVINGS based on your location and order size.

If you are located outside of the Flat Rate or Fastway Zones we can still offer competitive freight options with a number of other carriers. Please ask for pricing.

When using Flat Rate shipping order in multiples of 18kg provided you fall within the Flat Rate Boundaries. Please check boundaries below first. But if you are unsure please sent us an email asking if you qualify. Flat Rate Shipping Option is available in the Checkout.

** Special note: The maximum parcel dimensions for the 18kg Flat Rate Parcel is 43cm x 31cm x 25cm which equates to 9kg volumetric weight. Most items have been adjusted for volumetric weight.
